Rob brings over two decades of expertise in ITQA, spanning multiple industries and domains. He has been instrumental in advancing QA processes, researching and developing innovative solutions, deploying and managing test automation, and establishing high-performing QA teams in both Agile and non-Agile environments. Rob is a prominent member of the southern Ontario IT sector, serving as vice president of the Toronto Association of Systems and Software Quality for six years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Ottawa, is a certified Agile Coach, and earned a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University.
